Swan HQ Pro wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built by a working coach who got tired of renting his own business back from someone else.
I'm Anwar Glenn, the founder of Swan HQ Pro, and a working coach. I coach real people, every week, in person and online. For years I ran that coaching on apps that were never really mine.
Every one of them charged me more the moment I signed a few clients. The base plan, the one most coaches sign up for, had a client cap set so low I crossed it almost immediately, and the second I did, my bill jumped. Then a client would leave, I'd drop back under the cap, and I was still stuck at the higher rate, paying more for fewer people. And the entire time, someone else's logo sat on the app my clients opened every single day. I was doing the coaching; I was elevating someone else's brand.
So I built the app I actually wanted. One that carries the coach's name, not the platform's. One flat, fair price with no per-client fees and no cut of what your clients pay you. And the people being coached train for free. Then I did the one thing most software companies never do with their own product: I ran my real client book on it, and used it every day, before I offered it to a single other coach.
I'd rather tell you what a tool can't do than oversell what it can. When you move over from another app, we tell you up front exactly what we can and can't bring with you. No fine print that matters hiding at the bottom.
On Swan HQ Pro the people you coach never pay a cent for the app. Good coaching should remove friction for your clients, not hand them another bill.
